Bella Hadid is full of surprises. In her latest venture, she transformed into a video vixen in “Code” by rap star Offset feat. Moneybagg Yo, released today. And yes, there was a gorgeous display of Balenciaga with the help of Demna himself. Hadid and Offset are no strangers to having fun with fashion, and this saucy video is proof. “Code” takes its audience on a vibrant Y2K-esque spin, styled and envisioned by creative director SheShe Pendleton.
First on screen is Hadid by herself, a shining vision in a double-B Balenciaga chain and a studded bikini, accompanied by lace opera gloves. Viewers are immediately transported into the world of Balenciaga with Offset in an all-leather baby blue motocross jacket-and-pant set. And keeping in true Demna tradition, he’s wearing a pair of matching shoes, topped off with blackout shades.
Hadid’s appearance in the single—ahead of Offset’s album release later this year—seems a natural fit. In these unreleased behind-the-scenes images, the artists’ friendship is a clear indication of the overall success of “Code” and its shining debut.
