Hailey Bieber’s Sparkly Party Dresses Are Upcycled (W Magazine)

According to Hailey Bieber, there’s no one way to wear recycled fashion. While hosting a Rhode event in Miami last night, the beauty mogul slipped into two very distinct party dresses with two very distinct back stories. Bieber started her evening in a metallic dress from Marine Serre’s latest collection. The French designer is known for her use of found and unconventional materials, and Bieber’s dress was created entirely out of up-cycled watches. The technique created a textured effect throughout the piece (though it’s unclear if any of the watches actually work) and satisfied Bieber’s accessory quota for the evening. She styled the runway piece rather minimally, choosing just a silver wristwatch on one arm, a simple hairdo, and a makeup look courtesy...

Dua Lipa’s Vacation Style Is Bursting at the Seams (W Magazine)

@dualipa Trolls love to rip Dua Lipa apart for always being on “vacation,” but for her latest holiday in the sun, she brought along a wardrobe item that was already pre-ripped. Dua spent Easter weekend in Albania with her boyfriend Callum Turner, and brought along an artfully re-worked soccer jersey for a day at the beach. Dua’s top wasn’t just something one could pick up at the local sports store. It was plucked from London menswear designer Martine Rose’s spring 2025 collection and managed to combine the look of a sports jersey with the mechanics of a sneaker. She paired the piece with tiny pink shorts, dark blue glasses, and a raffia tote bag from Loewe. A ruffled hair tie and hoop earrings...

WHY ARE CELEBRITIES WEARING SO MANY CUSTOM LOOKS? (NYLON)

STEFANIE KEENAN/GETTY IMAGES ENTERTAINMENT/GETTY IMAGES One thing my friends in fashion and I agree on in 2025 is that there are way too many clothes — and stars will wear them anywhere. The race to be the first to wear a new collection is tighter than ever, and most celebrities will wear fresh-off-the-runway pieces just to appear on a late-night talk show where their dress is seen from the chest up. In the sea of events, ceremonies, and premieres, A-listers are going a step further to stand out by wearing custom outfits — at an alarming clip. Fashion brands are betting big on every single opportunity now and hoping it pays off, literally and figuratively. Wearing custom dresses is nothing new but in years past was reserved for major...

Lisa Brought a Collection of It Bags (and Charms) to Coachella (W Magazine)

@lalala_lisam Lisa is ready for Coachella weekend two, but the rapper’s first go-around at the festival was full of off-duty fashion gems. Yesterday, The White Lotus star teased her upcoming Friday performance in an Instagram post reminiscing about her first weekend in Coachella Valley. “Ready for weekend 2?” she wrote. The rapper started off her post with a cozy outfit that she paired with a blinged-out Louis Vuitton bag. While Lisa’s shown herself to be a fan of the bag charm trend in the past, she leveled the look up with three plushies that wrapped around her limited-edition Speedy purse. The floral-shaped charm was by Louis Vuitton, while the other two were sourced from the toy company Pop Mart. Then came the mini bags. Backstage, Lisa wore...

SZA ANNOUNCES FUNCTIONAL MAKEUP LINE NOT BEAUTY (V Magazine)

Known for her poetic, soulful lyrics and award-winning hit songs, SZA is now channeling her iconic artistry into a new project — the launch of her clean beauty brand, NOT BEAUTY. SZA will begin rolling out the first product line exclusively through pop-up stores during the Grand National Tour, starting April 19. Courtesy of NOT BEAUTY “NOT BEAUTY wasn’t about me trying to enter the beauty market, it’s about me filling a need, it’s about me needing something that lasted as long as my show, as long as my conversation, as long as my date,” SZA said. “There was nothing that existed that did that for me and also made me feel moisturized. I don’t know much about much, but I know...

Bella Hadid Takes the Flare Denim Trend to the Extreme (W Magazine)

BACKGRID Bella Hadid has been experimenting with flared jeans, but she’s decided she wants more. More room for her legs, that is. Seen yesterday leaving the set of Ryan Murphy’s new series The Beauty, Hadid embraced the beloved baggy style of denim that dominated jeans shelves in the '90s and early '00s before the total domination of skinny jeans. The model’s light wash baggies were so oversized that they bunched up beneath her black high heels. Of course, this detail was intentional, and it complemented the fitted silhouette of Hadid’s multi-color shirt. The off-the-shoulder piece (perhaps one of her many Depop finds?) was patterned in a collage of stripes, patterns, and pastel hues. Per usual, Hadid finished her look with a slicked-back hairdo...

Tyla Breaks Down Her Coachella Performance Look & Future Music Plans (W Magazine)

Katie Flores/Billboard/Getty Images On Friday, Tyla attended her first Coachella ever. But she didn’t take photos in front of the ferris wheel or squeeze herself against the front-row barricade for Megan Thee Stallion’s performance like most first-timers. She was too busy entertaining the crowds herself. Less than two years after the release of her hit song, “Water,” Tyla made her debut at arguably the world’s most famous music festival—and she did so with all the flair we’ve come to expect from the 23-year-old. Tyla took the stage flocked by her dancers—who also hail from South Africa—as she performed the hits from her debut self-titled album. Despite the searing 100-degree heat, Tyla stayed cool in her performance look, courtesy of Dolce & Gabbana’s...

BANDANAS, BIKER BOOTS & BELTS: THE BEST CELEB LOOKS AT COACHELLA (NYLON)

JOE SCARNICI/GETTY IMAGES ENTERTAINMENT/GETTY IMAGES NYLON came, saw, and conquered Coachella on the very first night of festivities with our annual NYLON House blowout bash. A lots of your faves rolled through, and found the courage (and adequate amount of electrolytes) to continue raging throughout the heatwave-heavy weekend. The best onstage looks we saw were courtesy of Charli xcx in Tom Ford-era Yves Saint Laurent and NYLON cover girl Tyla in a barely-there belt-skirt hybrid, but elsewhere in the desert, there were brand activations and intimate get-togethers that brought out the fashion. The Coachella style of years past was largely toned down this year, with barely a sequin or sparkle to be seen amongst the girls. The vibe was minimal (as we predicted in our shopping story) with an emphasis on making the Chloé-girl aesthetic fit...
