Kylie Jenner Spent Her Weekend In Holy Grail Vintage From the ’90s (W Magazine)

Just one piece of archival ’90s vintage wasn’t enough for Kylie Jenner this weekend. After shutting down the Academy Museum Gala in jaw-dropping Thierry Mugler, the apex influencer pulled out a second dress from another pioneer of ’90s fashion less than 24 hours later. Kylie jetted from Los Angeles to New York for an event promoting her canned vodka line, Sprinter, yesterday. Kylie’s midnight blue dress with it’s body-con silhouette looked as if it might have been custom-designed for her. Though, it’s actually the work of the late Gianni Versace. Kylie and her stylists Mackenzie and Alexandra Grandquist sourced the piece from Opulent Vintage and paired it with peep-toe metallic pumps and black sunglasses. Her dress followed a similar formula to another skin-hugging...

RIHANNA, DUA LIPA & CHLOË SEVIGNY CAN’T GET ENOUGH OF THIS BELGIAN BRAND’S BOXERS (NYLON)

We’re a bit underwear-obsessed here at NYLON. The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Oct. 15 had us seeing lace and glitter for hours, we declared sheer bras as the styling hack of the summer, and underwear-as-outerwear continues to dominate both the runways and street style. Over the last several months, a new reigning champion of A-list-beloved boxers has emerged: Belgian designer Meryll Rogge, whose striped and plaid bloomers have been worn by Dua Lipa, Rihanna, and Chloë Sevigny in their own stylish ways. BACKGRID BACKGRID Rogge started her own brand in 2020, with the desire to inject nostalgia and a sense of irreverence into womenswear. Her individualistic lens on fashion balances menswear with women’s intimates, and makes sense for the daredevils of the street style set like Riri. Mrs. Fenty wore her Meryll Rogge...

Tyla Turns Lace Bras Into The Ultimate Party Skirt (W Magazine)

The Hapa Blonde/GC Images/Getty Images Tyla might have found the perfect piece of clothing for a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show afterparty: a lingerie skirt made out of literal bras. After performing her hits during the brand’s runway spectacle, Tyla brought a lingerie sensibility to her signature style as she hit up the rest of the evening’s events. Though Tyla’s rockstar fur coat, in all its multi-color glory, made quite the statement as she entered the venue, what was happening underneath demanded even more attention. The singer paired a white lace bra with a matching mini skirt. The twist? Her bottoms were made out of dozens of lace bra tops—hanging straps and all. With a coat of that magnitude, it would have been easy for...

Jennie Kim Invents a New Type Of Layering For Fall (W Magazine)

PG/Bauer-Griffin/GC Images/Getty Images Fall layering has a pretty standard formula: sweaters worn atop long-sleeved shirts, trench coats thrown upon dresses. Yesterday in Los Angeles, Blackpink’s Jennie had other ideas. The singer made the case for wearing two pairs of pants right on top of one another. Jennie was seen arriving to the Jimmy Kimmel Live! show in a stylish off-duty outfit. She began her layering experiment with a pair of parachute trousers from the brand Cerric that slung loosely across her hips. Underneath, she slipped into navy blue sweatpants which sat just high enough on her waist to show off its elastic waistband. The look was basically the modern equivalent of the exposed boxers trend seen all over the biggest pop stars of the...

Tyla’s Best Red Carpet Moments Will Make You Sweat (W Magazine)

Gilbert Flores/Variety/Getty Images Tyla burst onto the music scene like many modern pop stars. Her song “Water” went viral across TikTok feeds. But, unlike many who find success on the app, Tyla has proved to be one of the rare artists who’s been able to break through the noise and make her way onto the fashion scene like a style veteran. During her short time in the spotlight, the South Africa native has produced some jaw-dropping fashion moments like her sand Met Gala dress and the 2000s Versace stunner she wore to the 2024 BET Awards. Tyla’s style focuses heavily on skin-baring and body-con silhouettes (she once told W that she loves “when clothes look like they’re falling off of me”) while also channeling throwback...

Kevin LeBlanc, style editor: So little and yet so much. First and...

THE BEST 2024 VICTORIA’S SECRET FASHION SHOW AFTERPARTY LOOKS (NYLON)

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show can only end one place: the club. After a long night of prancing on stage and listening to Cher perform (a tough life, we know), the supers took their black cars from Brooklyn Navy Yard to Meatpacking for some late-night dancing, and kept the vampy energy of the show going with their fashion. Anok Yai, Imaan Hammam, Barbara Palvin, Jasmine Tookes, and mother/daughter duo Kate & Lila Moss all stayed on theme with sexy, sheer looks with a bit of an edge. Tyla shut the stage down with her performances, and of course made time to dance in the club with the Angels and fellow performer Lisa. A few of the lucky front-row guests also snagged a spot at the afters, including Ice Spice, Teyana Taylor, and Jodie-Turner...

Dua Lipa Makes a Club Dress Kawaii (W Magazine)

@dualipa Dua Lipa has traded her love of Spongebob Squarepant’s Patrick Star for another beloved cartoon character: Hello Kitty. The singer paid homage to the fictional feline over the weekend, wearing one of her signature club outfits with an exposed, kitty-shaped bra. The singer slipped into a GCDS dress (the brand also happened to be behind her Spongebob and crochet Patrick Star looks) while in Texas for the Austin City Limits music festival. The mini, from the Italian label’s spring 2025 collection, featured a tube silhouette that finished off just below Dua’s bust. The upper half of her bra—naturally, molded into Hello Kitty’s visage—poked out from atop her dress. Dua is no stranger to stripping down to her skivvies (she just wore the tiniest pair of hot...
