7 Things We Learned From Lean In’s Study on Women in the Workplace

photo : www.garancedore.fr Today, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg and McKinsey & Company released their Women in the Workplace study, which analyzed the state of women in corporate positions in the United States. The study, which polled 118 companies and almost 30,000 employees, shed light on inequality in the workforce. Of all sectors, the study found that the greatest gender disparity occurs in the highest level of management (C-suite positions). A seeming mishmash of glam-rock eyes and nest-y hair with a hint of geisha, the look won't be arriving on a red carpet near you anytime soon, but it is eccentrically beautiful. Supermodel Kate Moss has a keen eye for detail. Having a style that's been coveted for decades, the supermodel is making her foray into interior design -- and it's beautiful.
