The New Kendall + Kylie Vintage T-Shirt Line Is Under Fire On Social Media

landscape-1498680554-kendall

Today, Kendall and Kylie Jenner released a Kendall + Kylie limited edition vintage t-shirt collection. But the tops, which are retailing for $125, have sparked a bit of controversy, because it looks like the Jenners' faces and the brand's logo have been printed over the shirts' original artwork—which includes images of rap artists Tupac and Biggie, plus album art from Metallica, Pink Floyd, and more.

Azzedine Alaïa Returns To Couture After a Six Year Break

1498673301-gettyimages-543754338-1498589114
Azzedine Alaïa has made an exciting surprise announcement. The legendary designer will show his first couture collection in Paris this July after a six year break. Alaïa is a longtime maverick in the fashion world, shunning the traditional show schedule in favor of off-calendar events. He presents collections on his own creative clock, hosting intimate unveiling soirees in his Rue de Moussey headquarters. His Spring 2017 prêt-à-porter show was held a month after fashion month's conclusion in September 2016. Small shows in the atelier are a tradition for Azzedine, who started presenting couture-only collections in his original studio. In 1981, he began to also design ready-to-wear. After the death of his sister in the mid '90s, he disappeared from the...

Easy Sticky Rice With Coconut And Mango

Easy Sticky Rice With Coconut And Mango

Sticky rice is traditionally soaked, then steam-cooked in a bamboo steamer. This saucepan method is not ideal, but comparable. Soaking the rice both shortens the cooking time and imbues the grains with flavor. To serve with savory foods, omit the sugar, and leave out the salt if you want a pure rice flavor.

Ingredients
4 SERVINGS

1 15-ounce can unsweetened coconut milk
1½ cups Thai sweet rice, such as Three Rings
3 tablespoons packed grated palm sugar (about 1.5 ounces), raw sugar, or brown sugar
1¼ teaspoons kosher salt
2 ripe Champagne or regular mangoes, cut into pieces, chilled
Toasted white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, finely grated lime zest, and lime wedges (for serving)

Preparation Pour coconut milk into a large...

The Top 10 Places To Visit As a Solo Traveler

landscape-1498649455-cancun

The amount of people choosing to travel the world by themselves has steadily grown over the past few years.
Last year, a survey by BookYogaRetreats.com found that more than half of respondents (51 percent) said they will be heading off on their next holiday alone. In 2015, a TripAdvisor survey also found that 17% of travelers would try traveling solo for the first time in the following year.
For those who are desperate to explore the world on their own terms, with their own plan, and meet exciting and fascinating people along the way, solo travelling is the answer. But it can be nerve-wracking, so what can sometimes help is the knowledge that a particular destination is accommodating and welcoming to those traveling alone.
