Update, 5/10: If you’re dying to get sloshed with a slushie, then we have even more good news. While the prosecco pops we told you about yesterday are relegated to our friends across the pond, we just found more boozy popsicles available in the U.S.
Made by FrutaPop, small-batch cocktails (the brand cutely nicknamed them “poptails”) are frozen into ice pops with about five percent alcohol each. They’re available in 13 flavors, including coconut rosé sangria, watermelon margarita, rum and cherry coke, mimosa and more. They’ve also got plain sparkling prosecco pops, too.
Spring has sprung! 🌺 We’re celebrating with our Watermelon Mint Lemonade boozy ice pops made with @titosvodka 🌺 Use the code SPRINGTIME at checkout to save 15% off of your order. Link in bio to order 🌺 #firstdayofspring #springtime #spring #frutapop #titos #titosvodka #lemonade

Original post, 5/9: Last summer was the season of frosé, the slushy rosé that nearly broke the internet—and will likely come close again this year. But boozy popsicles are the original way to get buzzed in the warm weather. And a now new line of push-pops is serving up your favorite bubbly in frozen form.
Created by the UK-based company Pops, these icy treats actually contain alcohol (about 4 percent each). They’re available in your favorite wines like champagne, rosé, and Prosecco Bellini.
But there are also cocktail flavors like Moscow Mule and a vodka watermelon martini. The catch, of course, is that — like most of our favorite things lately (Oreo Cadbury eggs, rose gold Prosecco glitter) — they’re only available in the UK for now.
Before you start mourning all of your crushed beach trip and picnic party dreams, you could try ordering them online; but your best bet might be to wait until they make their way overseas — or you could always book a trip abroad. 😉
