Like every other normal person in the world, Gigi Hadid doesn’t find the dreaded plank position easy. She’s shared what thoughts and techniques keeps her going while doing the ab-strengthening move.
Talking as part of Reebok’s #PerfectNever self-betterment campaign, the model was interviewed by her boxing trainer, Rob Piela, while doing the plank—an arduous task if ever there was one. She struggles and gets chastised by her instructor, but still manages to explain a few easy ways to remain positive (calling your mother and eating well both score high), before sharing the mantra that always makes her feel empowered.
